Semester Grade Submission

To submit grades from a Single Gradebook:

  1. Choose the Desired Course from the "Red Box" in your Portal and click "Go".
  2. Locate "Full Gradebook" and NOT "Progress Report"
  3. Locate the correct semester.
  4. Confirm your start and end dates.
  5. Click the buttons in the "Grade" AND "Semester" columns.
    Note: "Semester" is required to calculate G.P.A.
  6. Click the button titled "Submit".
  7. Review the student grades and round up as necessary.
  8. Add Comment(s) for students who earn a D or F.
    Note: Adding Comments for D/F students is Mandatory.
  9. Click the button titled "Submit Grades".
